Bloodstain on the bedspread, cigarette burn on the bed sheets, and strange man knocking on my door in the middle of the night If your a drug addict, you'll fit right in; otherwise go down the road to the LaQuinta. It's in the same dirty part of town, but feels quite a bit safer. I really appreciate you taking the time to share your disappointment with your stay. I want to personally apologize that the room and furnishings were not of the high standards we expect. We want our guests to have the best stay possible where everything is like new, in-place, of the highest quality, and in perfect working order.

My husband and I have stayed here several times, and each time the hotel slowly went down hill. This last time did me in. We asked for a non smoking room, the first room smelled of smoke so she moved us and the second room smelled of smoke and the people next to us smoked and their smoke came into our room. The pool is nasty. The staff is ok but not really the best. I If you know what is good for you, you will stay away.
My boyfriend and I went to this hotel for a quick night stop before driving some more in the morning to Big Bend. We saw the picture of the Texas waffle and were looking forward to this for morning breakfast. When we got to this hotel, the receptionist I don't know if she was hard of hearing or if she does not understand very well but she kept asking us what we wanted. Um, to get a room to stay the night? Along with this, we should have just booked this hotel on hotels.
We got to the hotel room, which was all right. Only real complaint was the TV, which the green was green. In the morning, ready for our breakfast before hitting the road we were excited to get our Texas waffles.
